(01) The Practice

Returning to
the Body
After illness, yoga became my map back to strength and softness. Not performance—meditation. Each breath a choice to return. The practice began quietly, but held me through the hardest seasons.

A Quiet Practice
Vi braids yoga, nourishment, and soft rituals that rebuilt her joy after illness. Each image becomes a tender ledger of how breath, food, and rest guided her home.
Poses, pranayama, and journaling invite the body to soften and the mind to listen, water, breath, and memory entwined like những dòng sông trong ngực. Sip tea, cook slowly, breathe with care, then whisper em ổn chưa? and answer with softness.
A Living Archive
Yoga, nourishment, and healing—
one breath, one meal, one moment at a time.

(01) The Practice

After illness, yoga became my map back to strength and softness. Not performance—meditation. Each breath a choice to return. The practice began quietly, but held me through the hardest seasons.
Nourishment (02)
Nấu ăn như yêu thương

Vietnamese home cooking taught me that nourishment is more than nutrients. It's the slow simmer of phở bones at dawn. Tea ceremonies without ceremony. Cooking became my love language.

Rituals (03)

Recipe journaling as meditation. Preparing tea with care. Eating slowly, gratefully. These small rituals became the architecture of healing— each one a whispered promise to keep choosing myself.
After the Storm (04)

Repetition. Softness.
Choosing myself, again.
After breast cancer, healing became my daily practice—imperfect, playful, mine.
