Today I returned to the mat after weeks of restlessness. My body remembered what my mind had forgotten—that peace lives in the breath.
Five rounds of sun salutations. Each one slower than the last. Not reaching for perfection, just presence. The cat watched from the windowsill, unbothered, as if to say: this is how you should always be.
In Savasana, I whispered to myself: em ổn rồi. You are okay now. And for the first time in weeks, I believed it.
